Our experimental series emerge from curiosity and testing flavor profiles. We are able to get our hands on aged barrels from all over the world and create extremely unique products. These are the spirits that prove bourbon is still being invented.

While many of Castle & Key's spirits are rooted in tradition, we believe there's beauty in exploration. Our Experimental Series is crafted in thoughtful small batches and always bottled at cask strength. Each release pushes boundaries through distinctive finishes, blends, and mashbills.
