Ingredients

• 1.5 Oz Castle & Key Bourbon
• 0.75 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Cynar
• 0.5 Oz Lavender Simple Syrup*
• Dash of Jack Rudy Lavender Bitters (Optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice, shake, double strain into a Rocks glass, finish with a lemon twist and serve.

• 2 oz Rise Seasonal Gin or Roots of Ruin Gin
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Almond Orgeat
• 1 dash of Angostura or Jack Rudy Lavender Bitters
• Optional: Muddle Strawberry

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice or neatly into a Rocks Glass or Coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist, edible flower, or strawberry.
