SWEETENED MEYER LEMON PURÉE RECIPE:

Ingredients

  • 15 oz container Meyer Lemon Purée
  • 9 oz White Sugar
  • 2 oz Demerara Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Orange Blossom Water

Instructions

Heat all ingredients together until sugars dissolve, around 10-15mins. Will yield around 20 oz of purée.
