Singapore Sling
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Harvest Seasonal Gin
- 0.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Benedictine Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with Ice. Shake for at least 10 seconds. Double strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with Luxardo cherry.

- 0.75 oz Triple Sec
- Egg White
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with ice. Shake, then remove the ice with tongs and shake again (reverse dry shake). Strain into a Coupe glass and serve.
