Ingredients
- 2 oz Roots of Ruin Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a Coupe glass. Serve up with a lime twist for garnish!

- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- Egg White
- 1 oz Club Soda
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except soda) without ice hard for 30 seconds, add ice and shake vigorously until cold (5-10 seconds) Strain into a Collins glass, top with soda.
