Rose Gimlet
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Roots of Ruin Gin or Rise Seasonal Gin
- 0.75 oz Rose Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
Instructions
Shake all ingredients together with ice in a shaker tin Strain and serve neat in a coupe with dehydrated lime or dried rose petals

- 0.5 cup Water
- 2 oz Dried Rose Petals
Instructions
Combine both ingredients and bring to a simmer. Steep in dried rose petals for 2 minutes then strain and chill!

- 0.5 oz Almond Orgeat
- 1 dash of Angostura or Jack Rudy Lavender Bitters
- Optional: Muddle Strawberry
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice or neatly into a Rocks Glass or Coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist, edible flower, or strawberry.
