Jolly Juniper Mulled Sangria
Ingredients
- 4 oz Castle & Key Roots of Ruin Gin
- 10 oz Castle & Key Hot Toddy Syrup
- 1 bottle of Chianti (or any dry red wine)
- 1.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Sliced Orange
- 1 Sliced Lemon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat to a simmer. Stir until well combined and allow the mixture to steam but NOT boil. Hold at this temperature and serve directly from the burner OR strain particulate out and hold temperature via an AirPot or Digiboil for serving at a gathering! Garnish with a cinnamon stick or mulled fruit.

- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Almond Orgeat
- 1 dash of Angostura or Jack Rudy Lavender Bitters
- Optional: Muddle Strawberry
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice or neatly into a Rocks Glass or Coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist, edible flower, or strawberry.
