Ingredients
- 0.75 oz Harvest Seasonal Gin
- 0.75 oz Lillet Blanc
- 0.75 oz Benedictine Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Absinthe Rinse
Instructions
Take a chilled Coupe glass, rinse with absinthe, and set aside. Then in a chilled cocktail shaker with ice, add the gin, Lillet, Benedictine, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until cocktail is well chilled and incorporated. Double strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon peel.

- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Thai Basil Simple Syrup*
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for ten seconds and double-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with Thai Basil leaf.

- 0.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Punt e Mes Vermouth
- 2 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with orange peel and Luxardo Cherry.

Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into chilled glass neat or pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.
