Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Rise Seasonal Gin or Roots of Ruin Gin
- 0.5 oz Carpano Bianco
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup*
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer until raspberries are cooked down and falling apart. Double strain to remove solids and refrigerate for up to one week.

- 6 oz Water
- 6 oz Granulated Sugar
Instructions
Steep all ingredients together in a saucepan on low heat on low heat until sugar is dissolved. Strain and refrigerate.

- 0.5 oz Almond Orgeat
- 1 dash of Angostura or Jack Rudy Lavender Bitters
- Optional: Muddle Strawberry
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice or neatly into a Rocks Glass or Coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist, edible flower, or strawberry.
