- 3 oz Cava
- 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

- 3 oz Sauvignon Blanc
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Sugar
- Splash Soda Water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except soda water with ice in a shaker. Shake and fine strain into wine glass over new ice. Add slash of soda water and garnish with lemon, lime and thyme.
