Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Castle & Key Restoration Rye Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Sweetened Meyer Lemon Purée
- 0.25 oz Monin Peach
- 0.25 oz Monin Watermelon

Instructions
 Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with ice. Shake and strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish!
*Sweetened Meyer Lemon PurĂ©e Recipe:Â
- 15 oz container Meyer Lemon Purée
- 9 oz White Sugar
- 2 oz Demerara Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Orange Blossom Water
Heat all ingredients together until sugars dissolve, around 10-15mins. Will yield around 20 oz of purée.
