• 1.5 oz Castle & Key Small Batch Bourbon
• 2 oz dashes Peychauds Bitters
• 0.25 oz Cherry Herring                         
• 0.75 oz Cocchi Di Torino
• Absinthe Rinse

Add all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice, stir, double strain into Rocks glass & garnish with a lemon twist.
