COCKTAIL RECIPES

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Castle & Key Bourbon 
• 0.25 oz Lemon Juice 
• 0.5 oz Pineapple Simple Syrup*
• 1 oz Bruit 
• 1 dash Jack Rudy Orange Bitters
• 1 barspoon Lazzaroni Maraschino

Instructions

Add all ingredients except Bruit into a tin shaker with ice, shake, double strain into a Coupe, top with Bruit, garnish with an orange twist and serve.

*Pineapple Simple Syrup Recipe:

Cut the skin off one fresh pineapple, dice into approximately 2-inch cubes, and blend until nearly liquified. Let froth settle then strain juice off with cheese cloth (gently wring cheese cloth for full extraction). Now mix equal parts granulated sugar and pineapple juice. Put on low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.
