Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of The Woolgatherer Spring 2023 or Sacred Spring Vodka
- 1 oz of Pomegranate Vanilla Simple Syrup*
- Topped with Soda water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice, top with soda water and stir!
*Pomegranate Vanilla Simple Syrup Recipe:
- 16 oz POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 oz Pomegranate Molasses
- 0.5 oz Vanilla Bean Paste
Heat juice in saucepan at 180-200 degrees. Add sugar, stirring constantly. Do not let it come to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add molasses and vanilla bean paste. Allow to cool.
