Plan Your Visit

We are excited to welcome you back to Castle & Key Distillery.

Beginning Friday, July 17th, we will reopen Castle & Key Distillery for guests on a limited basis.

We are not hosting tours at this time, however, we invite you to enjoy our public spaces including The Boiler Room, Counter 17, and The Botanical Trail. We continue to work towards a new and exciting way to safely experience our production facilities and look forward to updating you on future offerings soon.

Castle & Key Distillery will be open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

Before Your Visit

Let us know you’re coming! All guests will be asked to register for their visit prior to entry into Castle & Key Distillery. Guests can register for their visit in advance by completing a complimentary reservation online. Guests who have not made a reservation in advance will be required to register when they arrive.

Each reservation is for one person and a reservation will need to be made for each guest visiting Castle & Key Distillery. Reservations are made for the entire day and guests are not required to enter at a specific time.

      Arrival

All guests will be required to wear masks throughout their visit to Castle & Key Distillery. This policy applies to all guests over the age of 2. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. If you are unable to wear a mask for any reason, we are happy to provide pre-scheduled contactless curbside pickup options. Please contact experience@castleandkey.com to schedule a pickup.

As you arrive at our entry gate, one of our Hospitality Team Members will assist in checking you in for your visit. They will conduct a temperature screening and confirm the acknowledgment of our guidelines. Guests with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will be asked to depart along with their party and visit us at a future date.

Castle & Key Distillery will have a limited capacity based on social distancing requirements. Our property capacity will be monitored and we will temporarily pause guest entry to the property when that capacity has been met. Once it is safe to resume, we will begin allowing guests back onto the property.

        During Your Visit

Once you have checked in, you are welcome to explore our public spaces. We ask that you wear a mask and maintain proper social distancing throughout your visit. You will find directional signage throughout the property to assist you in properly distancing.

We invite you to visit the Boiler Room, our retail and guest service center, where you can find a selection of Castle & Key spirits alongside our curated merchandise collection.

Counter 17, our outdoor walk-up bar, will be serving cocktails featuring Castle & Key spirits, craft beer, and wine to enjoy in our outdoor public spaces. Seating for Counter 17 will be outdoors only and will be spaced according to social distancing requirements. Masks may be removed only while enjoying items purchased from Counter 17 in outdoor spaces.

The Botanical Trail, a quarter-mile trail located next to our historic Springhouse, will be open and available for guests to explore during our operating hours.
