Aroma
Highlighted by bright cedar and wild flowers, accompanied by red tea and orange peel, with a slight peppery roast, and hints of campfire in the background.
Taste
Woodsy with a subtle and complex spice background that is rounded out by sweet tea, citrus and just a hint of smoke.
Finish
Slightly roasty and drying.

Cocktail Recipes
Autumn Gin & Tonic
1.5oz Autumn 2020 Gin
.5oz Jack Rudy Classic Tonic
3oz Soda Water
Mix all ingredients with ice in a highball glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Black Negroni
1.5oz Autumn 2020 Gin
.75oz Campari
.75oz Averna
Stir with ice in a rocks glass, garnish with orange peel.

Rooibos Sour
1.5oz Autumn 2020 Gin
.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75oz Rooibos Tea Simple
Egg White or Aquafaba
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake hard for 20-30 seconds. Add ice, shake until ice cold.
Strain into a coupe/cocktail glass.
Rooibos Tea Simple Recipe: Steep 1 tablespoon Rooibos tea in 8oz of water for 5 minutes. Strain out tea, mix with 8oz of granulated sugar. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate.
